Everyday I will share a new discovery or topic - and today I would like to tell everyone about the 14th Annual Epcot Flower and Garden Festival.

The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival is a 60 day floral fantasy that takes place in Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort. This year's theme will be centered around pirates and princesses, which has been a very popular addition to the Walt Disney World Resort. There will be a gigantic pirate ship with topiaries of Peter Pan, Captain Hook, and Tinker Bell. The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival brings in celebrity guest speakers, innovative planting exhibits, and other features that will make gardening aficionados very happy. The coolest part of the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival is the "Flower Power" concerts each and every night. The popularity of this event has "grown" to such great proportions, they expanded the typically 6 week event to 60 days. There are really amazing buttery gardens, and every day they have a lady-bug release for children and tons of meet n greets with Disney characters. The Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot is free, and included in your admission ticket to Epcot, or your Walt Disney World Park Hopper.
