Disney Character Greeting Spots at MGM Studios

When visiting Walt Disney World, one thing children are looking to do is take pictures and get autographs from Disney characters. There is truly nothing that brings a smile to your child's face than spotting Mickey Mouse or Snow White and getting them to pose for a picture or sign an autograph book. At Disney's Magic Kingdom park, you can find character greeting spots just about anywhere, from Main Street USA, to Fantasy Land. Epcot is a little harder, but you will usually spot the characters walking around FutureWorld and by Spaceship Earth. MGM Studios seems to be the park where parents and children want to know where all the Disney characters are hiding, and I'm about to disclose exactly where to look for them inside MGM Studios. You can go to MGM, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot with discount Disney World tickets and take advantage of hopping from park to park in the same day.
A good place to start your search for Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and friends is around the Sorcerer Mickey Hat at MGM. Over here, you will be able to pose for pictures with your kids, let them get autographs, and just play around with the Disney gang. Within MGM's entrance plaza, there will always be an assortment of characters out and about, waiting to give your child a magical Disney greeting. If your children are looking for the Muppets, you are sure to find Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog right outside the MuppetVision attraction. Buzz Lightyear fans can see Woody, Jessie and Buzz himself outside Al's Toy Barn near mama Melrose's Ristorante. Mickey Avenue at Disney's MGM Studios is the stomping grouds for Donald Duck and his friend Daisy. If you are looking for the man himself - Mickey Mouse usually hangs around the Soundstage 1 lobby right off Mickey Avenue.
Take my advice, I know where these characters are hiding, so if your daughter wants a picture with Snow White, or your little boy is begging for Mickey's autograph... now you know exactly where to find them. Have fun at Disney World, and enjoy the Year of a Million Dreams for the next 8 magical months.
