Back by popular demand, the extremely popular Disney’s Pirate and Princess Party is returning to the Magic Kingdom Park on select nights from August 11, 2007 through September 3. This special event is a separate admission ticket, as the party occurs after regular park hours from 7 p.m. to midnight on those select nights. Advanced price admission for ages 10 and over is $38.95 and $32.95 for ages 3-9, while the day of the event price is $45.95 for adults and $39.95 for children.
Disney’s Pirate and Princess Party allows everyone to become a pirate or princess for the night (if you wish, you can even come to the park dressed as a pirate or princess – as long as your costume is not obstructive or offensive). Guests will grab a map and treasure pouch to embark on an adventure around the Magic Kingdom Park in a quest for chocolate doubloons and royal beads. During this party, you will encounter the new Disney’s Enchanted Adventures Parade, the Dream Along with Mickey castle stage show and the Magic, Music and Mayhem fireworks spectacular.
Event highlights also include some of Disney’s most popular attractions and pirate coves and princess courts, where there are beads and chocolate treasure giveaways, character meet-and-greets and interactive activities including Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Tutorial and Princess Jasmine’s Royal Guard Recruitment.
Dates for the party, which is subject to change, are currently scheduled for August 11, August 15, August 18, August 21, August 24, August 28, August 31 and September 3. But as a reminder, regular tickets to the Magic Kingdom Park does not include admission to this event, so be sure to buy your tickets in advance or call 407-W-DISNEY for ticket information. Tickets are only valid for the event the day that you purchase them for.
