"Our park's big addition is getting even bigger," said John Reilly, executive vice president and general manager of Busch Gardens. "Christmas Town is a highly anticipated event and we want to give everyone enough time to experience the sights, sounds and scents of the season."
At Christmas Town you can participate in a number of great holiday events like dining with Santa, seeing a holiday show and enjoying the beautiful decorations Christmas Town has on display. As a special promotion for the event Busch Gardens announced they would extend the Christmas Town hours until 10 pm at night, giving visitors two extra hours to explore the holiday festivities. Enjoy hot chocolate and fresh baked cookies or take pictures by the 45 foot tall light-animated Christmas tree.
Christmas Town is open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until December 27th until Christmas Day. If you’re bored on Christmas Eve you can even head over to the park on that night, but remember, it’s only open until 9:00pm that night. While some rides and attractions are weather dependant, Florida weather in December is usually beautiful and just cool enough to put you in the holiday spirit without drowning you in feet of snow!
