What could be cooler than living next to one of the Orlando theme parks? They will be building a beautiful new apartment complex right next to Universal Orlando Resort for both employees of the park and anyone else that would like to live there. They have been planning the complex for two years and now that the economy is picking up again they are ready to go!

They can go anywhere from $900 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment to $1,400 for a 3 bedroom apartment. The Epoch Properties apartment complex, which will eventually be turned into condos in ten years, will have a beautiful swimming pool, a rec room with pool tables, a cyber café and even a private movie theatre for the residents only. To keep the complex from interfering with the park, nothing in the building will be taller than 45 feet high, so you won’t be able to see the building from inside the park. But there is on little catch to living at the Epoch Properties apartment complex: you can’t complain! Well, certainly there are a few things you can complain about, as long as they don’t involve the park. If you choose to live in the apartments, you have to accept everything that comes with being so close to a major theme park; including fireworks, noise, crowds, and even smells! You might be wondering where there could be smells, but don’t forget Halloween Horror Nights often involves bloody and gory houses with scents all their own.
