If you’ve ever marveled at the Evil Queen’s purple eye shadow or Maleficent’s pink tinted lips you may get your chance to duplicate their looks with a new makeup line this September. In an effort to celebrate women’s dark side Disney has teamed up with M.A.C. cosmetics to create a limited edition color collection, intended to launch globally in late September in all M.A.C. locations. The products are expected to feature four Disney characters, on which they are keeping quiet about at the moment, but with the line being called Venomous Villains, we can only guess Goofy and Donald Duck won’t be featured.

Disney has left it up to us to dream about the four villainous women who might have inspired a whole makeup line. If we had to guess who the four most venomous villains were, we’d put our money on Cruella Deville of “101 Dalmatians,” “Ursula of “The Little Mermaid, ” The Evil Queen from “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” and perhaps Maleficent from “Sleeping Beauty.”

The vicious line will include lipstick, lip gloss, powder and blush and will retail for $12 to $29.50.

We really don’t know much at this point, other than prices and the name, but we’re hoping for beauties, not beasts. And interestingly enough, there isn’t a princess in sight. This just goes to show the good-girl isn’t always the popular one and sometimes a little bad is a good thing!

“Other brands can do princess collections,” says James Gager, MAC creative director. “MAC would rather focus on another side of beauty. It’s great to be nice but also good to be naughty occasionally.”

The Disney/MAC collaboration is an idea Grager has had for years, so he was more than thrilled when Disney agreed to the project.

“We’re both in the world of entertainment and fantasy. This collection is totally focused on fantasy and sophistication of beauty, but it also has a tongue-in-cheek quality to it,” says Grager. “Don’t think about this makeup as going out on Halloween. It’s very sophisticated makeup.”

This isn’t the first time Disney has entered the fashion world. Recently Disney Couture launched “The Little Mermaid” inspired jewelry line, and joined partnerships to promote spring 2010’s “Alice in Wonderland,” including a ring collaboration with H. Stern and Alice-inspired costume jewelry with fashion designer Stella McCartney.

We have about another month until this femme fatal collection hits stores but in the meantime if you need your villainous fix, head over to Magic Kingdom where you’re sure to find a bad guy or two roaming the park! We can’t wait to see who the actual Disney villains will actually be but we’re pretty confident our four guesses are pretty accurate.
