Pat Sajak and Vanna White will be heading south this winter to tape Wheel of Fortune at our very own marine mammal paradise, SeaWorld Orlando. The actual show tapings are scheduled for December 12, 13, 15 and 16, with a rain date on December 17, and they are expected to air sometime in 2009.

Wheel will tape 5 episodes per day at Bayside Stadium inside the SeaWorld Orlando theme park. A SeaWorld ticket should be required to be a part of the audience at the tapings in December, since they take place within Sea World. More information will be posted as it is announced.

Jungala at Busch Gardens Tampa Partially Closed After Orang Escape
The newest attraction at Busch Gardens Tampa – Jungala – had to be temporarily shut down after a 10-year-old Bornean orangutan escaped from its habitat by climbing up the windows of the new exhibit. Only the western side of the Jungala area of the park is closed while the folks at Busch Gardens make adjustments to prevent any future orangutan outings.
