Sesame Street Character Breakfasts at SeaWorld

Character breakfasts are always a fun experience at the Orlando theme parks. All of the walking around the parks works up an appetite. If you are travelling with little ones you may miss some of their favorite characters while walking from one end of the park to the other. During the summertime, when the heat in Florida is completely unforgiving, being able to continue the park experience inside climate-controlled environment is the best feeling. One park many people may not think of when looking for character dining experiences is SeaWorld. But this beautiful marine life park has some great character dining experiences featuring the characters of Sesame Street.

The character dining experiences are at breakfast time, so no sleeping in if you want to meet characters like Elmo and friends! The dining experiences are private buffets two times a day. The first sitting is at 8:30 and the last is at 10:30. All of the experiences are held at the SeaFire Inn at the Waterfront. Park admission is required but not included with the special dining experience, so make sure you get your discount SeaWorld tickets before booking your experience. The buffet meals usually consist of French Toast, bacon, eggs, bagels, seasonal fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuits, gravy and Chef-carved ham. Various juices and coffee are available to drink. If you have any specific food allergies, you can ask a manager at the restaurant to prepare the appropriate food for you.

Throughout the year you can attend the Breakfast with Elmo and Friends dining experience. Make sure to bring your camera because you won’t want to miss an adorable moment with Elmo and your little ones. For Halloween there’s a special dining event with Count von Count. If you’re visiting SeaWorld during October you can check out Count von Count’s Halloween Spooktacular breakfast. Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet alongside Count von Count, Elmo and other Sesame Street characters as they pose with you for photo opportunities. SeaWorld is currently holding their Halloween Spooktacular, which is a great kid-friendly Halloween event everyone can enjoy without worrying about gore or inappropriate subject matter. Character Breakfasts at Universal

When you think of character breakfasts at the theme parks, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are not the first parks that come to mind. However, they should be! The character breakfasts are not included in your park admission ticket and must be purchased separately, but they are definitely worth the extra cost! For only $17.95+tax for adults (age 10 and up) and $11.95+tax for children (age 9 and under), you can enjoy a hearty breakfast with all of your favorite characters of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. There is one character breakfast offered at each park.

At Universal Islands of Adventure, you can dine with all of your favorite Universal characters. Join Spiderman, the Cat in the Hat, Thing 1 and Thing 2, Storm and Wolverine from X-Men, and other Marvel comic book characters. The characters arrive at random at each breakfast, but your children are guaranteed to meet at least a few of the characters. What better treat for your children than to be able to dine with their favorite comic and story book characters? The Islands of Adventure character breakfast is held from 9 am to 10:30 am at the Confisco Grille.

New to Universal Studios Orlando is the Simpsons Ride. What better way to welcome the new ride to the park than having a character breakfast with your favorite Simpsons characters. You and your family can enjoy an all-inclusive breakfast buffet with Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie at the International Food and Film Festival area of the park. These character breakfasts are the perfect time for great family photo ops with all of your favorite characters.
