What can you expect if you choose Concierge service? Prior to your vacation, you will be assigned a personal “Concierge” who will assist you with everything you need while at Walt Disney World – from vacation planning to where and when to eat – anything you need, they will get it for you! You will also enjoy access to a Concierge lounge, where you will be provided continental breakfast each morning, along with snacks throughout the day and evening desserts. In addition, each resort has specific amenities for their concierge level guests, which you can read about below.
 
As we mentioned earlier, there are eight deluxe resorts around property that offer the Concierge upgrade. These resorts are listed below, along with the accommodations that they offer their Concierge guests:

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Resort, Disney’s BoardWalk Inn

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

• 14^th floor Club Concierge guests also receive robes and DVD/VCR players in their rooms.
