There are several merchandise stores at the Downtown Disney West Side that are adjacent to restaurants or attractions. Among those are the merchandise locations at Cirque du Soleil’s La Nouba™ and DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park. Here, guests can find themed merchandise from this famed show and Walt Disney World® Resort's only indoor interactive theme park, respectively.

While the Downtown Disney® West Side’s two resident attractions may have their own merchandise shops, two of the restaurants here have adjacent stores as well, Planet Hollywood on Location and the House of Blues Company Store. Planet Hollywood on Location is located in a stand-alone store just outside of the large Planet Hollywood restaurant at the entrance to the West Side. Here, you can find all types on Planet Hollywood logo merchandise, most of which has “Orlando” printed on it. T-shirts are the most popular items for sale here, but sweatshirts, hats, bags and more are also available. Similarly, the House of Blues company store features items that are themed around the House of Blues brand, from glassware, DVDs , CDs and apparel to their famous seasoning products, sauces and other edibles.

While the Downtown Disney® West Side’s items may seem to be more specialized and non-Disney related, they too do have mouse-related items available, especially in stores like Mickey’s Groove. This shop is dedicated to the big man himself, with all items in the store centered around Mickey Mouse in honor of his 75th Anniversary. In fact, this store is great mix of all of the Downtown Disney® Marketplace shops combined into one, as there are items such as apparel, plush animals, housewares, picture frames, Disney pins and much more.

With the exception of Mickey’s Groove, the remainder of the shops at the West Side are operating participants (meaning that they are a non-Disney store that simply rents out space). Hoypoloi is one such store, and it sums up what the West Side is all about, with unique and eclectic gifts that have a zen-like feeling to them, from fountains to sculptures, accent furniture, decorative accessories, wooden carvings and contemporary artwork.

Magic Masters is a store at the Downtown Disney® West Side that actually doubles as a merchandise location and attraction all in one. Magic Masters is one of the nation’s largest chains of retail magic emporiums, and it brings its biggest store to date to the Downtown Disney® Area. Here, you can find an elegant setting that is reminiscent of Harry Houdini’s private library, complete with a fireplace and bookshelves packed with memorabilia, but inside, guests are able to peruse and purchase magic tricks that even a novice could master!

One of the most unique places to visit on the Downtown Disney® West Side is a store called Starabilias, which is similar to Sid Cahuenga’s One-of-a-Kind at Disney’s Hollywood Studios™. Just like Sid’s, this merchandise location is jam-packed with one-of-a-kind collector’s items – and when we say jam-packed, we mean it! From floor to ceiling, you will find more than 1,000 pieces of authentic, star-related memorabilia, and since the owners are always acquiring new pieces, each is unique and you never know what you will find upon entering.

In addition to the stores listed above, the Downtown Disney® West Side has a host of even more specialty shops that might pique your interest. Sunglass Icon, for example, is the one of the leading sunglass eyewear retailers in all of Central Florida, with the latest selections of sunglasses from leading brands around the world, including Gucci, Chanel, Oakley and more. Near the Sunglass Icon is another store that is full of one kind of item – magnets! Magnetron Magnetz has a magnet that everyone in the family will be attracted to (pun intended) – with thousands to choose from, and with magnetz literally clinging to everything from floor to ceiling, you may have a hard time just choosing which magnet to bring home with you! Finally, Sosa Family Cigars has a large selection of the famous Sosa family’s finest hand-rolled cigars right in the heart of Central Florida.
