When I started planning our vacation months ago, I wanted to try something new! As I was looking for new experiences on your site, I started to read about the Pirates Dinner Adventure. I called your customer service like I always do when planning my vacation and the young lady led me through what the Dinner Show is like and what we should expect for the Holiday version. From her recommendation I bought tickets and hoped for the best.

After picking up the tickets when we checked in at the front desk of our hotel, my kids were ecstatic and could not wait to go.

The fun started from the moment we arrived! With the funny pre-shows, setting up the story line, and the abundant appetizers, my kids were already having a great time! Once we were seated, in the beautiful theatre, our Pirate let us know who to cheer for and what to expect. As the show progressed the Pirates continually pulled people from the audience to participate, and I was thrilled that everyone in my family was able to be “part of the show!”

From beginning to end, our family had a wonderful time, and we all left with great memories, I must confess, what makes the memories so great is knowing that we paid so much less than the other people there! Thank you once again for saving us money!

Dear Orlando Fun Tickets,

I just wanted to tell you that it isn’t often you get to write a letter and say that you were pleasantly surprised!

My family has been planning and budgeting for our vacation to Walt Disney World for about a year now. A few weeks ago it came time to finally purchase our tickets. We had decided on the 3-Day Magic Your Way Park Hopper. We ordered all of our tickets online and in a few short days we received our tickets.

As I inspected the package I noticed that we had received 5-Day Magic Your Way Park Hoppers and not the 3-Day Magic Your Way Park Hoppers. I promptly called your customer service and explained how we were sent the wrong tickets.

The friendly person on the other line chuckled and explained that we were all complimentarily upgraded to 5-Day Magic Your Way Park Hoppers!

I was flabbergasted! 2 FREE DAYS! Well my kids all jumped for joy as we would now be spending 5 Days at the parks instead of 3 Days!

My family has been begging me to take them to Disney World in Florida for years now. I have procrastinated taking them for a number of reasons, first I thought it was too expensive and then it just seemed too complicated!

I was so happy I found your site! First I was thrilled to find cheap tickets to Disney! Then when I saw how many different tickets there were, I felt almost depressed! I didn’t know how to make any sort of sense of all it!

That is when I called the number to your store! The gentleman on the phone walked me through my order, and helped me figure out what parks my family would like to visit! Without that help I don’t think I would have visited at all! So please let your customer service agent know that he made our trip possible!

Over the years I have heard a lot about the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, I have always wanted to experience it, but it seemed quite overwhelming. After reading your Blog, and then speaking to your friendly staff, I decided to visit with faith in their experience.

I just want to say how glad I am that I listened! I had an amazing time pairing wines, sampling exquisitely crafted dishes, and enjoying the wonderful world that really is just outside our windows.

As I go back to work, the smells and sounds echo in my mind and I only can think of when I can go again!

Dear OrlandoFunTickets,

WOW. Words cannot describe my day at Discovery Cove. I just wanted to thank your customer service representative for convincing me to go! At first I wasn’t sure if it was going to be worth it. After I was told that it included ALL of my meals, the Dolphin Swim, the Coral Reef, the Sting Ray pool, the Tropical River, along with ALL of the gear needed, and on top of that a 7 day pass to Sea World I was sold.

First it was so simple booking it! Second check-in was a dream at Discovery Cove. Third everything was so laid back. I forgot that I was on planet Earth. When it came time for my Dolphin Swim my wife and I could barley contain ourselves. After the information portion we got in to the chilly waters and met our dolphin and friend for life! It was amazing connecting with such an intelligent and majestic creature. After that I spent most of the day in the Coral Reef! My wife almost had to drag me out of the Coral Reef by my Snorkel!

I just want everyone to stop what they are doing and book a day at Discovery Cove. I cannot wait to get back (and sample more of their amazing food) and swim with our friend, and just spend some more time really taking a vacation in Orlando.
