General Questions:

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 8472 Palm Parkway Orlando Florida, 32836.  Locally, we are 5 minutes from Disney and 10 minutes from all other attractions.  We are the closest ticket store to the Disney gate, less than 1 mile!!  For further directions or assistance please contact a representative at 407-597-3566 or 800-958-6092.

From Orlando International Airport

  • Start out going North on Airport Blvd.
  • Take the SR-528 West Exit (EXIT 1B) toward International Drive/I-4/Florida’s Turnpike.
  • Merge onto 528 West.
  • Take I-4 West via the Exit on the Left toward Tampa/Disney World.
  • Take the SR-535 North Exit (Lake Buena Vista EXIT 68) toward Lake Buena Vista/Winter Garden.
  • Turn right onto Palm Parkway (there will be an Olive Garden on your right hand side).
  • Go straight and you will see Kobe Steak House on your right. Turn right and we are located next to Kobe Steak House at 8472 Palm Parkway.

From the Turnpike South:

  • Take Exit 259 and head West toward Tampa.
  • Take the SR-535 North Exit (Lake Buena Vista EXIT 68) toward Lake Buena Vista/Winter Garden.

  • Go straight and you will see Kobe Steak House on your right. Turn right and we are located next to Kobe Steak House at 8472 Palm Parkway.
  • We are located on the right-hand side of Kobe Steak House.

From Sea World:

  • Turn left onto Sea Harbor Dr.
  • Turn right onto Central Florida Parkway.
  • Go under I-4 and turn left onto Palm Parkway.
  • Go straight and you will see Kobe Steak House on your left. Turn left and we are located next to Kobe Steak House in the Shopping Plaza that also includes Crab House and Hooters. Our address is 8472 Palm Parkway.

From Universal Orlando:

  • Take I-4 West for 5.7 miles.
  • Take the SR-535 North Exit (Lake Buena Vista EXIT 68) toward Lake Buena Vista/Winter Garden.
  • Turn right onto Palm Parkway (there will be an Olive Garden on your right hand side).
  • Go straight and you will see Kobe Steak House on your right. Turn right and we are located immediately next to Kobe Steak House in the same shopping plaza with Crab House.

Q: What are your hours?
A:
Our lobby and phone hours are 8:30am to 7:30pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm.

Q: How do I know you are a legitimate and authorized ticket company?
A:

Q: Am I going to receive vouchers or tickets?
A: You will receive your actual ticket to attractions. We do not send out vouchers, with the exception of Cirque Du Solei, Blue Man Group and Orlando Magic tickets. They all use vouchers for reservation purposes.

Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: We buy our tickets in large amounts from theme parks and attractions in order to receive discounted, wholesale prices. Then we pass our savings along to you. It’s that simple!

Q: What time do the parks open?
A: Most of the theme parks open around 9:00am. They generally close at around 7:00pm-11:00pm during the spring and summer and 5:00pm-9:00pm during the fall and winter. Times vary with each park depending on special events and the time of the year. We recommend looking up park hours on their respective websites as you plan your vacation.

Q: What time of the year are the busiest in the theme parks?
A: Holidays are the busiest times of the year at all the theme parks. For instance, you can expect a very crowded theme park during Christmas through New Year’s, Easter Week, and 4th of July week. The best months to visit are January and September or around the end of April, early February, the first two weeks of December, and Labor Day weekend. Of course, park attendance varies greatly with their introductions of special offers and discounts.

Q: Do the theme parks close down when it rains?
A:
It rains on an almost daily basis in Orlando during the summer months. Fortunately, the theme parks have adjusted and will remain open during a storm. You can, however, expect some outdoor rides, parades, and outdoor shows to be cancelled during heavy rain, or the first sign of thunder. The good news is that the crowds will be smaller on rainy days!

Q: You sell tickets to so many different attractions! Which ones are right for me?
A:
Orlando’s theme parks cater to people of all ages and backgrounds. We are happy to assist you in planning your vacation. Please contact a customer service representative and at 407-597-3566 or 800-958-6092 for advice in selecting theme parks, hotels, restaurants, and more.

Q: Can I purchase 1 and 2 day Disney Tickets at a discount?
A: No, Disney does not allow us to sell single discount ticket admissions. The smallest discount Ticket that we are able to offer you is the 3 Day Magic Your Way Base Ticket.

Q: Are the Disney 1 and 2 day tickets any different then the ones you would purchase at the gate?
A: No, there is no difference. Our tickets are exactly the same as what you would purchase from a park gate, BUT lines at the gate can be daunting so book ahead with us and be prepared!

Q: Can I share a ticket with someone else? For instance, if I purchase a 3 day Park Hopper can 3 different people use it on the same day to get in?
A: No. All Disney tickets are non-transferable. To ensure the adherence to this policy, Disney parks scan your fingertips upon entering the park. This process ties your prints to your ticket so that you are the only one able to redeem any admissions remaining on the ticket.  

Q: How do I get my tickets?
A:
There are a few ways to go about receiving your tickets.  If you decide to order online you have the option of shipping your package or having it delivered to your hotel.  If you would like to call and place your order over the phone you will have the additional option of picking your tickets up within our office.

Q: Can I pick my tickets up at the park gate?
A:
No, you may not pick your tickets up at the park.  We purchase park tickets from the individual parks and therefore must sell from within our office.  We can not hold the park responsible for anything.

Q: How far in advance should I order my tickets?
A:
You should order your tickets at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us the maximum processing time needed to fulfill your order correctly.


"What Will You Celebrate" Questions:

Q: I have a valid Multi-Day Ticket or a Seasonal Pass that I will use for admission on my birthday in 2009, what treat can I receive on my birthday?

A:
  • A birthday fun card in an amount equal to the price of a 1-day Magic Your Way base ticket* for you to use on your birthday for merchandise, recreation or fun activities at select participating locations at Walt Disney World® Resort; or
  • A special birthday FASTPASS® badge+ for certain attractions at the Theme Park you visit on your birthday; or
  • A 1-day Magic Your Way base ticket for you to use any time until your next birthday.
*Ticket price at gate, excluding tax. Adults receive card in the amount of an adult ticket; children (ages 3-9) receive card in the amount of a child ticket. For terms and conditions of the card and details on participating locations, see below.

Use of birthday fun card is acceptance of its terms and conditions.

1.     Card valid only on day issued.
2.     You may use the Birthday Fun Card only towards the purchase of merchandise items at participating merchandise locations owned and operated by the owners of the Walt Disney World® and Disneyland® Resorts. The Birthday Fun Card may not be used towards the payment of Walt Disney World® or Disneyland® Resort Hotel room night folio charges, or a Disney Cruise Line® reservation aboard Disney Cruise Line®, or towards the purchase of any food and beverage items, alcohol, cigarettes, spa services and products, or personal services such as face painting, caricature drawings, hair braiding, and hair wrapping.
3.     The Birthday Fun Card is also not accepted at Walt Disney World® Resort Operating Participant locations, including but not limited to, China, Japan, and Morocco pavilions at World Showcase in Epcot®, Arribas Brothers, Basin, Basin White, Cirque du Soleil, Curl by Sammy Duval, Ghiradelli, House of Blues, Hoypoloi, LEGO Imagination Center, Magic Masters, Magnetron, Niki Bryan Spas, Orlando Harley Davidson Store, Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe, Richard Petty Driving Experience, Rubio Balloon Arts, SD Watersports, Sosa Cigar, Starabillias, Sunglass Icon, Surrey Bike Rental, Virgin Megastore, Wyland Galleries and any other locations or kiosks that are not owned and operated by the owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort.
4.     The Birthday Fun Card is also not accepted at Disneyland® Resort Operating Participant locations or any other locations or kiosks that are not owned and operated by the owners of the Disneyland® Resort, including but not limited to, Midway Games, Names Unraveled, Jewel of Orleans, Silhouette Studio, Portrait Artists, Parasol Cart, Heraldry Shop, Crystal Shops (Crystal Arts & Crystal d'Orleans), Paradise Pier Face Painting, Airbrush Tattoos, Rubio Portrait Artist or at Downtown Disney® District locations except World of Disney® Store, Marceline's Confectionery, and the Downtown Disney® District Pin Cart. The Birthday Fun Card is also not accepted at Disneyland® Resort outdoor vending carts.
5.     No portion of the Birthday Fun Card balances will be redeemed for cash.
6.     The terms of acceptance of the Birthday Fun Card by participating Walt Disney World® or Disneyland® Resort locations may vary, check with individual locations for Birthday Fun Card program participation details.
7.     The Birthday Fun Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen, except as may be required by law.
8.     A damaged Birthday Fun Card will only be replaced if the original card is presented on the day such card was issued to the Guest Relations Lobby at Disney's California Adventure® Park or City Hall at Disneyland® Park.
9.     The Birthday Fun Card may not be resold in any manner whatsoever.
10.   The Birthday Fun Card may not be used towards the purchase of any Disney Dollars or gift certificates/cards.
11.   The Birthday Fun Card is issued by and represents an obligation of Disney Gift Card Services, Inc.
12.   The Birthday Fun Card is not a credit or debit card and carries no warranties, express or implied.
13.   Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your birthday fun card.

+The number of birthday FASTPASS badges issued is limited and may not be available after 11am. Valid Theme Park admission required. FASTPASS for birthday celebrant and up to 5 members of his/her party.

Q: What if my birthday falls during our visit, but it is not on the first day. Will I be able to pick up my ticket or other options on the first day of my arrival?
A: Birthday benefits such as a Special Birthday FASPASS® or a Birthday Fun Card must be picked up on the actual date of your birth to receive the benefit.

Q: What if I don't spend my entire birthday fun card on my birthday?
A: The birthday fun card is valid only on your birthday. Any residual value cannot be recovered by the Guest after that day.

Q: Do I need to register online prior to going to Walt Disney World® Resort to receive free admission on my birthday in 2009?
A: As long as you have the appropriate ID and proof of your date of birth, you can take advantage of this birthday offer at the gate.

Q: What kind of identification do I need to show at the gate?
A:
If you're age 18 or older, proper ID would be a Driver's License, State-issued or Government-issued photo ID, or a Government-issued Passport. If you are under age 18 and don't have any of the abovementioned ID, an original Birth Certificate or a notarized copy of a Birth Certificate is required.

Q: What ages are covered in this offer?
A:
This offer is good for anyone over age 3.

Q: Why are children under 3 excluded from this offer?
A: Children under 3 are not required to have an admission ticket to enter the Theme Parks.

Q: Do I have to be a resident of a particular state in order to take advantage of this offer?
A:
No. The offer is valid for all Guests, regardless of the place of residency.

FREE Pickup at Our Location:
We offer a convenient location for you to pickup your order in Orlando. We are one of the largest ticket providers in Orlando, and with our large staff we are able to gladly fulfill all rush orders. Our convenient location (between Disney & Universal) makes this option the easiest and the most economical method to receive your tickets. Place your order now, and you can pick it up very soon! We recommend 24 hours notice to have the order ready upon your arrival, but we can satisfy last-minute orders.

Hotel Delivery:
If you will be arriving in Orlando within the next 7 days, this option will be the most convenient option for you. As one of the largest providers in Orlando, we have contracts with almost every major hotel in Orlando. Because of our great hotel relationships, we make the delivery to your specified hotel the day before your arrival. Upon checking into your room, simply ask the front desk clerk for your package. All orders are available for next day hotel delivery. Hotel Delivery orders must be placed Monday-Friday. (no deliveries are made Saturday and Sunday) Room reservations must be under the same name as the cardholder paying for the tickets.

Q: What if my tickets get lost in the mail?
A: It is very important that you input a correct mailing address when purchasing your tickets online. We are not responsible for customers who provide us with the wrong delivery address and no refunds or exchanges will be provided if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package. Once orders are placed, any address changes incur a $ 15.00 change fee. If the cause of lost tickets is not an incorrect mailing address, we will have to start a trace with UPS to figure out what happened to your package. This process usually takes about 8 days before we get a package status. Once we have recovered or receive an explanation from UPS regarding the package we may be able to resend your tickets to you. You may also choose to pick them up when you arrive if that is more convenient.

Q: How long will it take to get my tickets in the mail?
A:
If you are sending your tickets by UPS Ground you should expect your tickets in no more then 10 days. For UPS 2nd day delivery expect your tickets within 5 days. Overnight shipping will usually get the package there the next day if the order was placed by 2pm that day.
