How to Get to Universal

Once you arrive in Central Florida, getting to the Universal Orlando Resort will be a cinch. Just follow these easy directions below to get to the theme parks, City Walk or one of the three hotels located on property.

Directions to the Universal Orlando Resort (Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and CityWalk)
From Orlando International Airport:
1) Take SR-528 West 11 miles to I-4 East
2) Take I-4 East 2 miles to exit 75A
3) Follow the signs to Universal Orlando's main parking garage

From I-4 Eastbound (Disney/Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee):
1) Take I-4 East to exit 75A
2) Follow the signs to Universal Orlando's main parking garage

From I-4 Westbound (Downtown Orlando):
1) Take I-4 West to exit 74B
2) Follow the signs to Universal Orlando's main parking garage

Parking Information
Universal Orlando has a unique general parking garage for CityWalk and the two Universal theme parks. The enclosed parking structure has moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators, an on-site wheelchair rental and a dog kennel (note: you must come back and feed and walk your pet yourself if you plan to use this feature) all in once centralized location. You can come and go from the garage during the day, just simply stop at the toll plaza as you return and present your parking ticket. Cars, vans and motorcycles can expect to pay per day, RVs and trailers will pay , and preferred parking is also available for an extra fee. The garage is free after 6 p.m. each night, except on designated special event nights (like Halloween Horror Nights).
Valet parking is also available for cars and vans at a charge of per vehicle. Upon arrival at the Universal Orlando Resort, simply follow the signs to Valet Parking.

Furthermore, if you experience any car problems while visiting, battery jumps are available free of charge. If further assistance is needed, raise the hood of your car and report your vehicle’s location to any parking attendant. You can also use the call boxes, which are located throughout the parking garage, to contact Security.
To get to the parking garage, follow the directions above to the Universal Orlando Resort and follow signs to parking.
