There is also pet care available for small animals at a shelter in the parking garages, but you are required to feed and walk the pets yourself. First-aid centers are also available in multiple locations throughout both parks and at guest services as well.
Package delivery is also an added bonus to purchasing merchandise at both parks. You can have your purchases sent to the Universal Studios store near the entrance to be picked up on your way out, or if you are a guest at one of the three Universal Orlando resorts, all purchases can be delivered to your room the following day.
