Interactive shows at Walt Disney World
The Walt Disney World Resort prides itself in being an interactive place where kids of all ages can experience first-hand the magic of Disney. And while taking a visit to any of the four theme parks will put you right in the middle of the action, there is no better place to experience the magic than by taking in some of Disney’s first-class shows. From shows based on “The Lion King” to productions that let you cheer on those Wildcats from Disney’s “High School Musical,” you too can be a part of it all at the Walt Disney World Resort. Of course, if you plan on visiting Central Florida in the near future, it is time you start thinking about your tickets in advance. Instead of paying full price at the theme parks, why not see all of these shows and experience the magic for less? Here at OrlandoFunTickets.com, we specialize in getting you and your family the best deals in town when it comes to discounted tickets. And, in addition to Walt Disney World, we also are your home to discounted deals on other area theme parks, such as the Universal Orlando Resort and Sea World Orlando. To see all of our discounted tickets, click here now and get an early start on your vacation planning! At the Magic Kingdom Park, you can see your first interactive show by visiting the Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor. Inspired by Disney·Pixar's "Monsters, Inc.," you cannot only be a part of the show; you can actually help write the script for it! Before you go into the main show area, simply follow the instructions on the video monitors to text message your best joke to the number listed. With some luck, you just might find your joke being used right up on stage! This show is never the same experience twice, and with Mike Wazowski and his buddies trading jokes with everyone in the audience, this is one interactive show at Disney that you won’t want to pass up on!
The Disney Hollywood Studios is also chock full of interactive shows for the whole family. You can start out with the High School Musical Pep Rally, where your kids will learn dance moves and sing along to their favorite songs from the popular “High School Musical” movies. Then, be sure to check out the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular! When heading to this show, make sure you take your seat early (and try to get as close to the front as possible), as several audience members are picked to be part of the action! And, it may not be a show, but at “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids” Movie Set Adventure, you will feel as though you have stepped right into the movie “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids,” as this overgrown playground is as interactive as it gets! Finally, at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, the Festival of the Lion King gives everyone the chance to be a part of this Broadway-worthy show. Before it gets started, four randomly selected audience members will get to come out to center stage to teach each section how to represent their animal during the show. And then, the little ones get to take the floor, as an entire number is dedicated to having a few selected children from the audience come down to parade around the stadium with members of the cast. The closer you are to the floor – and to the isle – the better chance your child has of being selected to be a part of this show! While all of the shows at the Walt Disney World Resort are unforgettable in their own right, the ones above will put you even closer to the magic than you ever thought possible. So next time you visit any of the four Disney theme parks, watch out – you just might find yourself the star of the show!
