From the early days of America's space program, the Kennedy Space Center has been at the forefront of NASA's mission control and shuttle launch programs. A place where you can learn about the history of the space program, famous astronauts and their missions, as well as interactive attractions like the Spaceflight Simulator. Rocket Garden - One of the newer attractions here, this beautiful row of NASA rockets is the gateway to the history of the space program. Check out some of the very first rockets that NASA sent into space over 40 years ago. The actual fuselages from Mercury, Apollo and Gemini missions are here for viewing. Mad Mission to Mars - Become an astronaut trainee and visit Mars without leaving planet Earth in this educational voyage through the universe. Special effects such as artificial winds and virtual splatter canyons make this attraction a real blast!
