Paradiso 37: Street Foods of America

When the Downtown Disney®Pleasure Island area buttoned up the hatches of their late-night clubs and entertainment venues, they needed a series of replacements to keep after-hour dwellers filtering to the Downtown Disney® Area. While restaurants and merchandise locations have slowly started to filter guests through the area once again, Downtown Disney® Pleasure Island did receive a huge boost with the opening of Paradiso 37, Street Foods of America.

Located directly on the Buena Vista Lagoon, Paradiso 37, Street Foods of America is a high-energy restaurant that serves up lunch and dinner cuisine inspired by items from North, South and Central America (the 37 represents the number of countries in the Americas). Guests can choose to dine either inside or on the outdoor patio on North American treats such as the macaroni and cheese bites or corn dogs for starters, while main entrée selections include the Argentinean skirt steak, Baja burritos or Colombian-style whole crispy hen and favorites such as churros or Chilean sopapillas highlight the dessert menu.

But the diverse menu isn’t the only thing that makes guests flock to Paradiso 37, Street Foods of America, as the international wine bar and one-of-a-kind tequila tower bar combine to make this spot a lively entertainment destination. And, in keeping with the No. 37 theme, the bar offers, you guessed it, 37 varieties of tequila from across the globe!  In addition to the cuisine and liquor selection (be sure to check out their signature margaritas as well!), Paradiso 37, Street Foods of America also boasts nightly entertainment and a late closing call, which extends the party into the night in true Downtown Disney® Pleasure Island fashion!

Downtown Disney® Pleasure Island may not be the same as it once was, when fireworks were going off nightly and adults were coming in droves to dance the night away, but the new hot spots such as the Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant and Paradiso 37, Street Foods of America, are keeping Pleasure Island on the forefront as the No. 1 nighttime destination at the Walt Disney World® Resort!
