Sample Itinerary:
Day 1 – Sea World : You’re in Orlando and you want to see the less frenzied theme park with the famous killer whale: Shamu. This park can be completed in around six or seven hours since the attraction lines are pretty short. OrlandoFunTickets.com recommends you start your day off at Kraken, which is the fastest, tallest and longest roller coaster in Orlando. Next, make your way over to Journey to Atlantis where you are taken back to the lost city. This hybrid water coaster ride combines a water flume and high-speed roller coaster ending with a 60-foot drop.
Since you and your group seem to be enjoying the adventure kick, head on over to Wild Artic where you board a simulation helicopter and embark on a journey to a frozen wonderland filled with whales, walruses, and polar bears. All of those adventures definitely work up an appetite, so take your family to Voyager’s Wood Fired Pizza shop and have some of the best pizza this side of New York City.
After lunch it is time to see the attraction that you came here for – Believe. Shamu is the star, and if you sit in the first ten rows known as the Splash Zone, you will get soaked! By now you are pretty hot in the Florida sun, so cool off and check out the Penguin Encounter with over 200 penguins. The climate is a chilly 30 degrees, and 6000 pounds of snow fall inside this habitat each day to keep them nice and cold.
Day 2 – Busch Gardens : Get in the car and take a quick one-hour drive to Tampa, home of the most exhilarating adventure theme park in the world: Busch Gardens. Just so you’re aware : this combo ticket does not have to be used in consecutive days. Now that you had a chance to relax and unwind at Sea World, it is time for some hard-core thrill rides at the greatest thrill park known to man.
Start out on Skeikra where you will twist and turn up to 200 feet in the air. This ride features 3000 feet of steel track, and is talked about as being one of the best roller coaster rides in the world. If you think Sheikra got your blood pumping, experience three seconds of absolute weightlessness on the Kumba. This ride has 100-foot drop after 100-foot drop, and is sure to get the kids screaming. Next you should head over to the Montu to experience one of the longest inverted roller coasters known to man. Busch Gardens really knows roller coasters, and this one will send you on the ride of your life.
Get your cameras out and take some pictures of the exotic wildlife of the Serengeti Plain. Over 3000 animals roam free in open fields, as you start to feel like you’re on an African safari. The weather most likely will be hot, so visit the Snack Dragon and try some deliciously refreshing Italian Ices. Take a look around, as you are bound to find something interesting at Busch Gardens, a place with tons of fun and adventure for the whole family.
