Wolfgang Puck
The Walt Disney World® Resort not only has high standards when it comes to their theme parks – they also live up to their world-class billing when it comes to the restaurants on property as well. And while most of the restaurants at the theme parks and hotels are company-run, the Downtown Disney® district does have a host of operating participants that essentially rent out space to cater to the hoards of visitors that visit the Walt Disney World® Resort each year; one of which is the legendary Wolfgang Puck Café.
The words ‘Wolfgang Puck’ are associated with ingenuity, quality service and fine fining, all of which make it a perfect fit at the Downtown Disney® Area. Located at Downtown Disney® West Side, just across the AMC Theatre 24, the Wolfgang Puck Café is perfectly situated on the verge of the hustle and bustle of the crowds while also sitting cozily on the banks of the Buena Vista Lagoon. Diners on the top floor of this café – which is separated into two parts – have extensive views of the water, while the bottom, main floor take part in a more upbeat, lively atmosphere in which to dine in. This area’s vibrant interior, coupled with the recipes that have made this chef world-renowned, prove why he has grown into a household name. The dishes on hand infuse Asian and California cuisine into one, including wood-fired pizzas, hand-tossed salads, pastas and an array of desserts are the menu, created by only the freshest of ingredients to live up to Wolfgang Puck’s standards of quality. Another fine addition to the dining room is the Sushi Bar, which offers the highest quality sushi in Orlando to guests along with the fine dining menu!
While the main dining are at the Wofgang Puck Café can be just as hectic sometimes as the walkways outside, the aforementioned dining room upstairs breathes sophistication into the restaurant with a menu that changes seasonally and a reservations-only policy. If you are looking to try some of Puck’s fare on the go, you can also try Wolfgang Puck Express, the restaurant’s quick service station adjacent to the cafe. But no matter which restaurant you choose, be sure to celebrate Wolfgang Puck’s philosophy of ‘Live, Love, Eat!’
