Once you have made your choices on all of the aforementioned options, you still have even more crucial decisions to make once you get to each Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Park. On top of deciding which attractions to visit, you also have to work meals into your daily itinerary; and on that note, you also have to decide whether to eat at a full service restaurant or quick service for each meal. Each of these types of eateries have their advantages – full service restaurants generally have better food and more of a Disney experience (such as the character buffets and themed meals), while the quick service restaurants offer less options and lower quality, which is reflected in the lower price as well.
While many quick service restaurants at the Walt Disney World® Resort serve the same type of food (burgers, chicken, fries, etc.), one restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park breaks that mold with its menu that is the Yak & Yeti Restaurant. This eatery may be known as a full service establishment, but it also has an adjacent 350-seat outdoor pavilion for patrons who would prefer the quick-service dining option. Counter service selections range from around three dollars for a side (including pork egg rolls, chicken fried rice and a basket of fries), while the main entrees of sweet and sour pork, shrimp Lo Mein, honey chicken, Kung Pao beef and a Mandarin chicken salad will cost you between eight and eleven dollars. This is one place where you may not find a large variety of items on the menu, as this establishment is opting for quality over quantity.
The Yak & Yeti quick service restaurant is just one of the examples of the diversity you will find at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Just as there are attractions for every type of person, there are also varying restaurants, shops and shows that appeal to a broad spectrum of people, ensuring that each and every person who visits the four Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Parks (at a discounted price through OrlandoFunTickets.com) will leave with a piece of that Walt Disney World® Resort Magic!
