Epcot's Christmas Around the WorldEvery year around the holidays your family probably has the same ritual of putting up the tree on a certain day, making the same Christmas Eve dinner you always do, hanging mistletoe above your entryway and putting out cookies and milk for Santa. Walt Disney World ® has their own holiday traditions and every year at Epcot ®, guests can celebrate the season with the characters, legends and lore from around the globe during Epcot’s ® Christmas Around the World. From the breathtaking Candlelight Processional to a special holiday-themed finale in IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, here’s what you can expect at Epcot ® this season:

Candlelight Processional – Perhaps the most beloved holiday traditions at Epcot ®, the Candlelight Processional is a beautiful retelling of the famous Christmas story by a celebrity narrator. This year’s narrators include Whoopi Goldberg (Nov. 30 – Dec. 1), Andy Garcia (Dec. 2 – Dec. 4), Blair Underwood (Dec. 5 – Dec. 7), James Denton (Dec. 8 – Dec. 9), Jodi Benson (Dec. 10 – Dec. 13), Lea Salonga (Dec. 14 – Dec. 16), Alfre Woodard (Dec. 17 – Dec. 19), Trace Adkins (Dec. 20 – Dec. 22), Gary Sinise (Dec. 23 – Dec. 25), Amy Grant (Dec. 26 – Dec. 28) and Marlee Latlin/Jack Kason (Dec. 29 – Dec. 30). You can watch the Candlelight Processional at the World Showcase, America Gardens Theatre - 5:00 p.m., 6:45 p.m. & 8:15 p.m.

IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth – with Peace on Earth Finale – This special version of Epcot’s ® nightly fireworks show, Reflections of Earth extends the finale of the show to celebrate the holiday season. The holiday finale includes the song "Let There Be Peace On Earth" and the voice of Walter Cronkite saying, "During this glorious time of year there is one message that rings out around the world in every language. Peace on earth. Good will to men is a wish to hold in our hearts throughout each passing year. A gift of immeasurable value. A treasure being handed down with care, from generation to generation. And so our holiday wish is that everyone, everywhere share in the spirit of the season. Peace on earth, good will to men."

Joyful! A Gospel Celebration of the Season – This Christmas musical act by D’Vine Voices uses live instruments and powerful voices to create a unique spin on holiday favorites. You can catch the performances on the Future World Fountain Stage.

Holiday Storytellers - Listen to legendary holiday folklore from around the world as told at the World Showcase by the legends themselves, including Canada’s lumberjack Santa Claus (thanks to OnlyWDWorld.com for photo,) Great Britain’s Father Christmas, France's Père Noël, Italy's LaBefana and the good ol’ America's Santa Claus. It’s fun to take a picture with the Santas from around the world, and learn about how each country celebrates Holidays Around the World.
