Alison Victoria and more return to Epcot Food and Wine FestivalNow that the 2012 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival has ended, it’s time for Epcot ® to move on to another of its popular annual events, the 2012 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. And as the Orlando theme park gears up for the event, they’ve revealed a few fun details, including the return of our favorite HGTV stars!

The International Food & Wine festival will kick off on September 28, which will also be the day the new winner of “Design Star,” Danielle Colding, makes her Epcot International Food & Wine Festival debut. The HGTV stars will lead sessions on home entertaining, gardening, and food on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the festival until it ends on Nov. 12.

The HGTV lineup includes:

September 28-30 – Danielle Colding - “Design Star” Season 7 Winner

*  October 5-7 – Casey Noble – “Design on a Dime”

*  October 12-14 – Alison Victoria – DIY Network’s “Kitchen Crashers”

In addition to the HGTV stars, guests will also be able to get cooking tips and demos from some world-renowned chefs including Robert Irvine and Rock Harper as well as Disney chefs and other culinary stars from across the country. The Festival Welcome Center will also offer complimentary Authentic Taste Seminars. Culinary demonstrations and wine seminars will be available for a small fee.

And new to this year’s Food & Wine Festival is the TERRA Marketplace, which will be the festival’s first vegan-only kiosk. TERRA will include such dishes as Trick’n Chick’n Curry with Basmati Rice and Chili Colorado with House Made Chips and Cashew Cheese. There will also be a new Florida Marketplace representing some of the best flavors of the Sunshine State and as always guests can enjoy tastes from around the world with 25 ethnic and regional marketplaces, all of which will offer new flavors that tantalize your taste buds.

You can pair all of your meals and wine with the fan favorite Eat to the Beat Concert Series at the American Gardens Theatre. Some of the biggest names in the music industry including Smash Mouth, Blues Traveler, Boyz II Men, The Pointer Sisters, Sister Hazel and more will take to the stage for a performance you won’t forget!
