Real Music Series at Busch Gardens

The Real Music Series, including Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s longest running Big Bands concert series, returned to the Stanleyville Theater today with The Terry Myers Orchestra with The Swing Sisters.

The Terry Myers Orchestra and Swing Sisters, who first performed at Busch Gardens in 1992, are just one of 10 bands scheduled to play at the Tampa Bay theme park over the next 10 weeks. Guests to The Real Music Concert Series will be able to enjoy swing, blues, pop, jazz, rock ‘n’ roll and even a little disco from some of music’s most memorable eras from now until March 24.

The Glen Miller Orchestra with the Diamonds will join The Terry Myers Orchestra with the Swing Sisters in January for some ‘30’s and ‘40’s big-band era on Jan 25 - 28. Then in February, Busch Gardens’ guests can relive some of rock ‘n’ roll and disco’s greatest songs with artists from the ‘50’s, ‘60’s and ‘70’s. Here’s who you can look forward to hearing from:

Feb. 1-4: Tony Orlando

Feb. 8-11: Frankie Avalon

Feb. 15-18: Osmond Brothers

Feb. 22-25: Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone

Feb. 29-March 3: The Ventures

March 7-10: Rita Coolidge

March 14-17: The Grass Roots
