Best fireworks for the 4th of July in OrlandoJuly 4th is one of the most celebrated days in Central Florida’s theme parks. The holiday typically brings in massive crowds to watch stunning fireworks displays, patriotic themed events and the usual theme park fun. This year Walt Disney World ®, Universal Orlando, Legoland Florida, SeaWorld Orlando, and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will explode the night skies in red, white and blue pyrotechnic displays that are sure to make you proud.

Here is a preview of what to expect if you’re visiting one of Orlando’s many theme parks this Independence Day:

Disney’s Magic Kingdom ® will celebrate our independence with a fireworks display that pays homage to the hopes and dreams of America’s forefathers in “Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky.” You can watch the impressive display twice; once on July 3 at 9 p.m. and July 4 at 9 p.m.

At Hollywood Studios ®, the theme park band Mulch, Sweat and Shears will perform during the all-new “Rockin’ 4th of July Celebration” which features a “musical road trip across America” that features each region’s contribution to rock ‘n’ roll During the concert fireworks, lighting and special affects will boom in the background, making for one patriotic show. The production begins at 9:45 p.m.

Epcot’s ® famous IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” fireworks display will be shown above the World Showcase Lagoon, followed by “The Heartbeat of Freedom,” a special pyrotechnic and laser light finale in celebration of Independence Day. The show begins at 10 p.m. on July 4. Throughout the day guests can enjoy “Voices of Liberty 4th of July Concert” and participate in meet-and-greets with Benjamin Franklin, Betsy Ross and Disney characters dressed in their patriotic best at American Adventure.

Universal Orlando will show off its patriotism on Wednesday with its brand new Cinematic Spectacular nighttime lagoon show. The new production relives Universal’s most iconic movies with film clips, synchronized fountains and lots of pyrotechnics. And this July 4th you can expect those fireworks to flash red, white and blue in the night sky.

Celebrate Independence Day with a bang at Legoland Florida as the theme park celebrates its first Independence Day with Red, Brick & Boom. Guests will be given special 3D glasses that turn the fireworks display into millions of exploding bricks!

SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will celebrate their freedom by staying open until 11 p.m. and 10 p.m. on July 4th and will offer their nightly Summer Nights entertainment along with special fireworks shows.
