Orlando firework new years eve

5, 4, 3, 2… There is only four days left until New Year’s Eve and Orlando theme parks are prepared to give you the year’s biggest, brightest and most explosive fireworks of the year! As you countdown to 2013, Walt Disney World ®, SeaWorld Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Universal Orlando, and LEGOLAND Florida are making sure you remember the night with their best fireworks displays yet! If you’re planning an Orlando theme park New Year’s Eve here are the top fireworks displays you don’t want to miss:

Walt Disney World ®: Explode into the New Year at Magic Kingdom ® with the park’s daily fireworks display, "Wishes" at 8:30 p.m. Then just before midnight, watch the special presentation of the “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks 10 minutes before the ball drops.

Epcot ® is celebrating the end of 2012 and the start of 2013 with two different presentations of their nighttime spectacular “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” lights, lasers and fireworks display, at 7 p.m. and again at 11:42 p.m.

Hollywood Studios ® iconic sorcerer hat will be center stage for the park’s annual “Lights! Camera! Happy New Year!” fireworks spectacular. And this year, accompanying the display is Disney’s resident musicians, Mulch, Sweat and Sheers. And while technically not a fireworks display, the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights will still be flashing and dancing into the New Year for your enjoyment. Choose Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper, and decide in the moment which fireworks spectacular to attend.

SeaWorld Orlando: Orlando’s favorite aquatic theme park will be celebrating their connection to the sea, sea life and the world we share with a special New Year’s Eve celebration - SeaWorld style. That means bold fireworks you have to “sea” to believe!

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay: Countdown to 2013 with the biggest party of the year in Tampa Bay – Busch Gardens ultimate New Year’s Eve celebration. Beginning Dec. 31, guests can ring in the New Year with holiday events, music and of course dynamic fireworks that explode into the night sky right as we welcome 2013.

LEGOLAND Florida: Orlando’s newest theme park began their New Year’s Eve celebration yesterday and for the next five nights, families can countdown to 2013 with Countdown to New Year’s and a Kids’ New Year’s Eve party on Dec. 31. Both parties include grand finale fireworks at 6:00 p.m. over Lake Eloise with special LEGOLAND 3D viewing glasses. These special glasses let guests see fireworks like they never have before as they explode into tiny LEGO bricks!

Universal Orlando:The theme parks are open late. Universal Studios (1a.m.) and Islands of Adventure (11p.m.) will keep visitors entertained until late hours, plus they’ll be fireworks with Universal’s Cinematic Spectacular.  Also, REO Speedwagon will be at CityWalk performing live.
