It doesn’t have to be Halloween for you to find villains at Walt Disney World ®. In fact, you can often find them hiding out at Disney’s Magic Kingdom ® on a regular basis, waiting to get into some mischief. If you love to hate Disney ® villains or just want to know where they are so you can avoid them here are the top villains at Magic Kingdom ®:
Evil Emperor Zurg – Buzz Lightyear in “Toy Story 3” calls him the “Evil Emperor Zurg” and at Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom ® that is exactly what you will come face-to-face with, evil. This fun-filled ride takes you through a shooting gallery where you will try and defeat Zurg and take down his weapon of destruction. You’ll become a Junior Space Ranger and fire lasers from an onboard cannon until Zurg is stopped.
Evil Queen – A Disney ® character from Disney’s ® 1937 animated film “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.” Evil Queen appears regularly around Halloween, often alongside other female villain Maleficent and sometimes Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. She is one of the hardest villains to find at Magic Kingdom ® when it isn’t Halloween, but she will forever be seen in the Festival of Fantasy Parade. She also shows up in Mickey’s Boo to You Halloween Parade and Disney Villains Mix and Mingle during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.
Captain Hook – One of the easiest Magic Kingdom ® villains to find, Captain Hook and his mischievous sidekick Smee can be found near Pirates of the Caribbean throughout the day. They are also one of the few villains who roam the streets of Magic Kingdom ® and aren’t just available to see in a ride or show.
Brer Fox – You may not think of him as a villain per say, but Brer Fox from Magic Kingdom’s ® Splash Mountain is a wiley character who will do anything to capture Brer Rabbit and throw him into the Briar Patch. An audio animatronic version of Brer Fox is present in all versions of the attraction, and in every one you can’t wait to get away from him!
Maleficent – The main antagonist of Disney’s ® 1959 animated film “Sleeping Beauty,” Maleficent is one of the most evil villains Disney ® has ever created. Much like Evil Queen, Maleficent is a rare find at Magic Kingdom ®, or any Disney ® park for that matter but she too can be spotted in the Festival of Fantasy Parade in her very own float.
