Ash Williams has unleashed a swarm of Deadites and they’ll soon be taking over Universal Orlando in the all-new Ash vs Evil Dead Halloween Horror Nights maze.
The terrifying maze will bring those who dare face-to-face with some of the iconic possessed people and objects from Ash vs Evil Dead. The STARZ show is the follow-up to The Evil Dead trilogy, which includes the 1981 original, The Evil Dead, 1987’s Evil Dead II and 1992’s Army of Darkness.
The hair-raising haunted house will take guests through the town of Elk Grove, Michigan, where Deadites, aka people or things possessed by evil demons, from the first two seasons, are haunting the living.
In March, Universal announced guests would once again be able to walk through FX’s American Horror Story. The house will feature content from Season 2 Asylum, Season 3 Coven and Season 6 Roanoke. The house will also use the largest floor plan at Universal in order to really bring the horror to life.
Halloween Horror Nights guests can also check into the Overlook Hotel with the all-new The Shining maze. For the first time, guests will be able to observe “caretaker Jack Torrance’s spiraling descent into insanity.”
In total this year’s Halloween Horror Nights will feature nine haunted houses, five scare zones and two live shows.
Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights opens September 15. Stay tuned for more details on the event.
