The Epcot Food & Wine Festival isn’t until the fall but that doesn’t mean you can’t still taste some of the season’s best flavors with The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival’s Outdoor Kitchens.

Similar to the Marketplace Booths that dominate during the Epcot Food & Wine Festival, the Outdoor Kitchen kiosks at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival are full of delicious small plates that give you just a taste of the fresh flavors from the garden. And believe us when we say there are lots of new flavors to try this yea including the Urban Farm Eats kiosk. Here is just a taste of what you can expect to eat at this year’s Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival:

Urban Farm Eats – One of the newest booths at this year’s festival, Urban Farm Eats features Land-grown produce and the best farm-raised fish. The menu consists of Pickled Beet Salad with goat cheese cream, mizuna and pistachios; Land-grown Eggplant “Scallop” with romesco sauce and spaghetti squash; Ghost Pepper-Dusted Tilapia with crisp winter melon slaw and mint oil; The Vegan Vine Chardonnay, The Vegan Vine Cabernet Sauvignon and Redbridge Gluten-Free Sorghum Beer.

Fleur de Lys – This kitchen features dishes inspired by fresh produce and the traditional flavors of French haut cuisine. Let your taste buds run wild with such dishes as Gnocchi Parisien a la Provencal – Parisian-style Dumplings with Vegetables and Mushrooms; Confit de Canard, Pommes de Terre Sarladaise – Pulled Duck Confit with Garlic and Parsley Potatoes; Macaron a la Fleur d Oranger – Orange Blossom Macaron with White Chocolate Ganache and of course many delicious drinks.

The Smokehouse: Barbecues and Brews – A fan favorite in 2013, The Smokehouse at the America Pavilion is cooking up some new bacon goodness this year like Bacon Cupcakes! The “Piggylicious” bacon cupcake is made with maple frosting and pretzel crunch featuring Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon! The Smokehouse also features Pulled Pig Slider with coleslaw; Smoked Beef Brisket with collard greens and jalapeno corn bread; Smoked Turkey “Rib” and plenty of mouth-watering beers and wines.

Florida FreshWalt Disney World ® can’t have a food kiosk without paying homage to the Sunshine State. Here guests can get a taste of Florida with the Watermelon Salad with pickled inions, BW Farm baby arugula, feta cheese and balsamic reduction; Shrimp and Stone Ground Grits with andouille sausage, sweet corn, tomatoes and cilantro; Florida Kumquat Pie; Watermelon Passion Fruit Slush; Hurricane Class 5 White Sangria and much more.

Lotus House - The China Pavilion is full of flavor this year with the Lotus House Outdoor Kitchen. Guests can sample vegetable spring rolls, spring pancakes with grilled chicken and popping bubble tea. But the real delicacy for this spot is the Beijing-style candied strawberries. These beauties feature strawberries that are skewered and coated in a sugary shell with sesame seeds adding a little flair to the sweetness. One bite of these and you’ll be head over heels.
