Food for Thought

Epcot’s new International Festival of the Arts will bring a trifecta of global masterpieces to the park including visual, culinary and performing arts. Orlando Fun Tickets is especially excited about the culinary masterpieces debuting at the new festival.

The new culinary delights will be different from other foods available during Epcot’s many festivals. The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival focuses on seasonal flavors while the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is all about global cuisine. The Epcot International Festival of the Arts will take food to new heights with its ability to not only create delicious food but food that looks like actual pieces of art.

Disney recently provided a glimpse of some of the new eats at the Arts Festival. Guests will be able to marvel and taste such gorgeous creations as colorful pop tarts, cookies that look like paint palettes, dyed cakes, savory items and even specialty cocktails.

The festival also includes Culinary Arts Topics like Truffle Making, Olive Oil 101, and The Artistry of Amorette’s Patisserie, among others.

In addition to the food, the Festival of Arts will also include the work of Disney historical artists like Mary Blair and Herb Ryman as well as current Disney artists like Joe Kaminsky and Costa Alavezos. New art will be unveiled each weekend of the festival.

The Epcot International Festival of the Arts runs January 13 - February 20, 2017. You can find discounted tickets to Epcot right here on Orlando Fun Tickets.
