We’re in the final weeks of the Busch Gardens Tampa Food & Wine Festival and if you haven’t yet had the chance to taste some of the park’s most mouthwatering dishes and drinks here are the must-try’s before the festival ends on April 30:
Duck Fat Truffle-Infused Fries – Who doesn’t love a good french fry? What about a french fry that has been cooked in duck fat truffle oil? I don’t think we really need to say more about this one!
Pan Seared Diver Scallops – Returning this year to wow guests are the pan seared diver scallops. They are just as mouthwatering as last years except even more so thanks to the fresh watermelon salsa that has been added. The refreshing salsa is a nice compliment to the light and airy scallops.
Blue Cheese Macaroni – Busch Gardens Tampa knows how to serve macaroni and cheese. The Bacon Mac and Cheese has been a fan favorite since the inception of the Food & Wine Festival, but this year guests are enjoying the blue cheese macaroni topped with Buffalo-style chicken. If you like mac and cheese with a little heat don’t miss this one.
Lamb Chops – The park has taken the art of “food on a stick” and stepped it up a notch with the Lamb Chops. Guests can enjoy two extremely tender lamb lollipops with tabbouleh and tzatziki sauce. It’s both fun and delicious to eat.
Brioche Bread Pudding – We can’t talk about a food & wine festival without mentioning the dessert. The Brioche Bread Pudding hits all the sweet spots with pan-fried pudding with a Nutella-mascarpone drizzle.
The Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival ends April 30. You can find discounted tickets for the festivities right here on Orlando Fun Tickets.
