Once inside, the grandeur of the Titanic is clear with full scale versions of some of the most popular Titanic areas including the Grand Staircase. A trained actor in full costume plays the role of a famous Titanic personality and will be your guide through the voyage. The exhibit is full of authentic Titanic artifacts taken from the ship’s resting place just over two miles under the ocean’s surface.
Titanic The Experience
Immerse yourself into the rich history and cultural significance of the Titanic. The hour-long guided tour by a knowledgeable actor that portrays a famous Titanic figure will take you through the recreated iconic rooms and areas of the Titanic. The living history aspect and the attention to every detail within the exhibit really evoke a sense of being inside the real Titanic in 1912. There are over 100 real Titanic artifacts to explore including “Little Big Piece,” a three ton slab of the actual hull taken from the ocean floor. There’s the full scale replica of one of the propellers, the First-Class parlor suite, the Verandah Café and more. Plus, the attraction includes the most luxurious part of Titanic, the renowned Grand Staircase, which was a symbol of the elegance and greatness of the ship. There’s even insight about how the actual Titanic exist today. An underwater exhibit showcases an eight foot long replica of Titanic how it lies today at the bottom of the sea. For all the Titanic movie fans, there’s film memorabilia on display, including items from the Oscar winning film by James Cameron, Titanic.
