Food for Thought

You can bet on many, many holiday snacks at Walt Disney World for the season. But what if you're not attending Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party or just need a snack that doesn't involve too many holiday sprinkles? Here are all the new snacks popping up at Walt Disney World right now. 

Simba Pretzel | Harambe Fruit Market
Found at Animal Kingdom, this new Simba Pretzel is comes with that famous Walt Disney World cheese dip, and counts as a snack on the Disney Dining Plan.

Cherry Pistachio Hot Chocolate Float | Aloha Isle
Found at our favorite Dole Whip stand, this new dole whip combines chocolate dole whip, with a cherry and pistachio swirl of more dole whip on top! A perfect combo of flavors for the season.

Snowman Donut | Grand Floridian Resort 
Grab this treat at the Gingerbread Snack shop near the life-size Gingerbread House in the lobby. This is a pumpkin chocolate chip cake donut covered in buttercream.

Gingerbread Mickey Beignets | Port Orleans French Quarter
Starbucks may be letting you down without a Gingerbread latte this year, but Walt Disney World delivers! can grab the Gingerbread Beignets, dusted with powdered sugar over at Port Orleans French Quarter.

Double-Chocolate Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwich | Dino-Bite Snacks
Found in Animal Kingdom's DinoLand USA, this treat is perfect to get a bit of that winter chill in sunny Florida! Vanilla ice Cream between two chocolate cookies and rolled in candy cane bits. 

Boardwalk Loaded Chips | Disney Boardwalk To Go Stand
Homemade chips with pulled pork, beer cheese, onion, tomato and jalapeno if desired. Definitely rivaling our other favorite nachos at Trilo-Bites in Animal Kingdom, this snack is almost 10 bucks, but can definitely substitute for lunch.

Sorcerer Mickey Cupcake | All Star Movies Resort
This is a chocolate cupcake covered with mousse and red glitter. Complete with a blue buttercream hat, this little cupcake also comes with chocolate disc Mickey Ears. 

Yummy Bear Alcoholic Milkshake | All Star Movies Resort
Rainbow sherbet and vodka in a throwback Gummy Bear style with whipped cream and gummy bears. Who could ask for more? The good thing? You can grab this new milkshake at the All Star Movies Resort, so if you overdo it, you can just check in for the night. 

Gingerbread Martini | Boardwalk Inn Resort
This adult-only drink combines Kahula, Baileys, vodka, and gingerbread Monin syrup, poured over vanilla ice cream. Perfect for a little gingerbread feeling, this drink is topped with whipped cream and a little Gingerbread Man.
