Walt Disney World launched a new ticket structure on October 16, 2018. Now guests can opt for date-based or flexible date tickets, while the Magic Your Way ticket option will no longer be available on OrlandoFunTickets.com.

Under the new plan, guests can choose from pre-selected dates to visit the park, or opt for flexible dates, which allow for a 14-day period to visit after first use.

Before we break down the details, check out all of our Disney World ticket options for your next magical getaway!

How it works
If selecting a date-based ticket, you choose the start date of your ticket, and the number of days you would like to visit a Walt Disney World theme park. Tickets include admission to one park per day unless you choose the Park Hopper or Park Hopper Plus Option. One-day tickets are valid for admission on the specific date selected. Multi-day tickets are valid on the start date selected and must be used within a certain time period. For example, a 3-day base ticket with a start date of November 1 would be valid any 3 days from November 1 to November 5.

Park Hopper™ Option
Add any Park Hopper Option to your purchase and you can visit more than one theme park on the same day. With Park Hopper, tickets must be used in the same timeframe as a base ticket. For example, if you purchase a 3-Day Park Hopper ticket with a start date of November 1, it is valid any 3 days from November 1 to November 5.

Park Hopper™ Plus Option
With the Park Hopper Plus Option, you can visit more than one park on the same day as well as Disney Water Parks and other attractions. This is the only option that extends the period of time with which you may use your ticket. For example, if you purchase a 3-day ticket with Park Hopper Plus, with a start date of November 1, the ticket is valid any 3 days from November 1 to November 6.

Flexible Date Ticket
If you’re looking for more flexibility in your purchase, try the new Flexible Date Ticket. With this option, you don’t have to choose a start date. Instead tickets can be used within 14 days from date of first use on or before December 31, 2019. Flexible dates are available for one day or multiple days. There are also Flexible Date Tickets for Park Hopper or Park Hopper Plus options.
