Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort now celebrates the heritage of Spanish, Mexican and American Southwest cultures in one spectacular design. Focusing on today’s travelers, the Disney resort recently debuted the new Gran Destino Tower.

The new tower is situated on the southeastern shores of Lago Dorado (Dragon Lake), the resort’s 22-acre lake. The tower offers 545 guest rooms including 50 suites and club-level service, a two-story lobby, restaurants, and a rooftop restaurant and lounge with incredible views.

The stylish new guest rooms impress with a Cataln theme. A wall covering in each room is inspired by Spanish tile medallions, offering an Old-World touch to a modern design. Each tower guest room offers a new interactive system that provides a more customized and Disney in-room experience. The new television system offers Disney-Quality services, content and personalization.

When guests aren’t playing with the television system, they can check out the unique rooftop locations, Toldeo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood and Dahlia Lounge, which offers breathtaking views of Walt Disney World from the 16th floor. Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood is a table-service dining experience with a Spanish-Inspired menu that features such entrees as chileton, a 32-ounce, Spanish-Style ribeye for two, as well as sustainable seafood and classic Spanish sides. The restaurant also features an on-stage tapas kitchen inspired by the flavors of Spain.

The adjacent Dahlia Lounge incorporates Spanish Modernism with mesmerizing shapes and patterns. Here, guests can enjoy the artful details with a signature cocktail in hand.

There are also several other places to dine throughout the Destino Tower including:
