Walt Disney World buses operate at 20-minute intervals, and guests can catch buses from Disney Resorts to Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks, Disney Springs, and back again! Bus service to and from each Disney Theme Park to Disney Resort Hotels start 45 minutes before park opening and end 1 hour before park closing. If you’re planning to return to a Disney Resort Hotel from a theme park at the end of the night, these buses run for up to 2 hours after park closing.
Disney Springs bus service starts everyday 45 minutes before the shopping and dining district opens and ends at 1:00 AM. Return service from Disney Springs to your Disney Resort Hotel runs until 2:00 AM each day. For a quicker route from Disney Springs to the four Disney Theme Parks, guests can take a one-way bus each day from 4:00 PM until 11:00 PM or two hours before that park closes.
Disney Water Park bus service runs at approximately 30-minute intervals compared to the usual 20-minute interval. Rides back from the water parks stop 75 minutes after water park closings!
Bus Amenities
All buses are air conditioned and offer seating and standing room to allow for maximum capacity. Walt Disney World buses are handicap accessible and require strollers to be folded and stowed out of the aisle. Disney Resort Hotel stops offer screens with in-time updates on when the next bus will arrive at your location. New and Improved Buses
In 2019 Walt Disney World began releases its newest fleet of buses on property. These buses are completely wrapped in theming based on a Disney character, movie, or attraction, but the upgrades don’t end there. Inside these buses feature refreshed interiors, laminate floors, new seats, and USB charging stations underneath seats across the bus. This means while you travel between destinations, you can ensure that your devices start charged up for maximum Disney magic!
