The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom at Walt Disney World with gorgeous topiaries, Garden Rocks Concert series and our favorite - Outdoor Kitchens. These food booths focus on flavors fresh from the garden, so you can expect some delicious dishes. Today, we’re bringing you the best items from each of the 17 Outdoor Kitchens:

Arbor at The Gardener’s Terrace
New to this year’s festival, the Arbor at The Gardener’s Terrace will feature Fried Green Tomatoes with Blue Crab-fennel Salad, Remoulade and Smoked Paprika Oil and Mixed Berry Buttermilk Cake, served with Apple Cider Sorbet among many other mouthwatering food items.

Flavor Full Kitchen
Flavor Full Kitchen sponsored by AdventHealth will focus on healthy cuisine and feature the Citrus-poached Salmon with Ancient Grain Salad, Roasted Vegetables, Citrus Greens and a non-alcoholic Blood Orange Aqua Fresca.

Citrus Blossom
Another new Outdoor Kitchen, the Citrus Blossom will brighten up dishes with lemon, orange and lime flavors. Be on the lookout for the Lobster Tail with Meyer Lemon Emulsion and Grilled Lemon and Citrus Shortcake.

Trowel & Trellis
Hosted by IMPOSSIBLE Foods, Trowel & Trellis is another new food booth serving up all-vegetarian dishes. Try the Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with Savory Garlic Spread and a Farmhouse Meatball with Lentil Bread, Spinach, Marinated Vegetables and Creamy Herb Dressing.

Bauernmärkte returns to this year’s festival with the popular Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with Black Forest Ham and Melted Gruyere Cheese.

The Smokehouse
Everybody’s favorite dessert returns at The Smokehouse. Wake up your tastebuds with the Warm Chocolate Cake with Bourbon-Salted Caramel Sauce and Spiced Pecans.

Enjoy your fruit sushi style at Hanami. The sushi fruit includes fresh pineapple, strawberry and melon rolled with coconut rice garnished with whipped cream, berry sauce drizzle and toasted coconut.

Northern Bloom
Northern Bloom will make your mouth water with the Seared Scallops with French green beans, butter potatoes, brown butter vinaigrette and apple-wood smoked bacon.  The Maple Popcorn Shake with Crown Royal Maple Whiskey is delightful.

La Isla Fresca
Jamaican-braised Beef with Pigeon Pea Rice and Micro Cilantro is just one of the island-inspired dishes at La Isla Fresca. The Tropical Mousse Cake is a tropical twist on dessert and includes layers of passion fruit cake, coconut mousse and a tropical fruit glaze with fresh pineapple. Both are must-try’s.

Pineapple Promenade
Enjoy all things pineapple at Pineapple Promenade. Our favorites include the Pineapple soft serve ice cream and the Pineapple Soft-serve ice cream with Parrot Bay Coconut Rum.

Jardín de Fiestas
Mexico’s Jardin de Fiestas offer drinks just as good as its food. Try the Beef Torta - braised beef served on a crispy sourdough roll with queso oaxaca, avocado, pickled onions and jalapeños in a spicy habanero sauce then wash it down with the Damiana Flower Margarita with Damiana Flower Liquor, Blanco Tequila, Agave Nectar and Citrus Juices served on the rocks with a Black Ant Salt Rim.

Lotus House
The new house-made Crab and Cheese Wonton at Lotus House offers both a crispy outside and soft inside. Plus, there is loads of crab inside.

Primavera Kitchen
Take a trip to Italy at Primavera Kitchen. Enjoy such Italian favorites as Pizza Toscana - rustic Italian flatbread with sweet sausage, caramelized onion, mozzarella, asiago and parmesan cheese. Finish your meal with the Zeppole - ricotta cheese fritters, powdered sugar, raspberry sauce and chocolate-hazelnut drizzle.

The Smokehouse: Barbecue and Brews
Enjoy some All-American fare at The Smokehouse: Barbecue and Brews. Fill your belly with the Pulled Pork Slider with coleslaw or the Shredded Beef Brisket with smoked potato, chorizo fondue and green tomato relish. The Warm Chocolate Cake with bourbon-salted caramel sauce and spiced pecans is the cherry on top of a task meal.

Taste of Marrakesh
Vegetarian or meat eaters can all agree that the fried cauliflower with capers, garlic parsley and chili ranch sauce at Taste of Marrakesh is delicious. Pair it with the Walnut Honey Baklava and you’re in for a tasty lunch.

Florida Fresh
Get a taste of Florida favorites at Florida Fresh. Visitors must try the Key Lime Tart with Toasted Meringue.

Flour de Lys
The Braised Duck Confit with Parisian Gnocchi is a must-try at Fleur de Lys. As is the Chocolate Macaron au Chocolate en Sucette - a large chocolate macaron lollipop.
