The Diamond Horseshoe in Disney’s Magic Kingdom is serving up a new rootin’ tootin’ menu that will quell even the mightiest hunger.

Guests can get a little bit of everything starting with the A la Carte menu. Choose from an array of sandwiches, salads, platters and sides. Favorites include the Carved Beef Brisket Sandwich with creamy coleslaw served on a brioche bun, Creamy Turkey Salad Sandwich that’s served on multigrain bread with lettuce and tomato, or the Grilled Chicken Thigh Sandwich with BBQ mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion served on a Kaiser roll. For the BBQ-lovers, sink your teeth into the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with mac and cheese and crispy onions served on a brioche bun.

The Diamond Horseshoe also serves up some lighter options like the Mixed Green Salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, and honey shallot vinaigrette. For a boost of protein add your choice of meat.

But perhaps the Diamond Horseshoe’s most popular new menu items are the finger-lickin platters. There is the Carved Beef Brisket Platter, the Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Platter, the Grilled Chicken Thighs Platter, and even a Vegetable Platter with a choice of four sides! All of these, except the Vegetable platter, are served with your choice of two sides and cornbread.

Speaking of sides, there are plenty to choose from, like the Potato Salad with grilled onions and a serrano dressing or Creamy Coleslaw with red and green cabbage. There’s also Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Bread with honey chipotle butter, Mac and Cheese, Corn on the Cobb with cheese, Corn Fritters, paprika, lime, and cilantro, and BBQ Baked Beans. For a fresh salad, try the House Salad or Watermelon Salad.

If you have a hankering for something sweet after dinner, the Diamond Horseshoe can satisfy any sweet tooth with such tasty dishes as Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with bourbon glaze, Peaches and Cream Cheesecake with streusel topping, and the Blueberry Cobbler with lemon and mint cream and oat topping.

And for the cowboy or cowgirl who needs extra fuel from a hard day, check out the All-You-Care-To-Enjoy appetizer, entrée, and dessert platters.

The Diamond Horseshoe is open daily for lunch and dinner from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
