Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is readying for its summer debut of the new Gran Destino Tower in July. As we inch closer to the opening we want to share some exciting details about the new addition - including its three new restaurants.
Let’s start with the casual dining restaurant, Three Bridges Bar & Grill. The eatery will be located at Villa del Lago in the center of the lake. It will offer a new dining experience as guests will have the chance to dine lakeside on such items as sandwiches, shared plates and more. Shareable plates include Curry-Lentil Hummus, Szechuan Peppercorn Wings and Stuffed Mushrooms. The entree menu includes the Villa del Lago Salad with arugula, frisée, warm Yukon potatoes, white beans, and asparagus tossed in a bright sherry vinaigrette. Other items include Braised Pork Tacos, Grilled Skirt Steak, Harissa Lamb Chops, Crispy Chicken Sliders and the Three Bridges Signature Burger.
For Dessert include in churros with Espelette pepper sugar and chocolate sauce or a vanilla custard Mickey tart with compressed pineapple and tropical sorbet.
The bar also features signature house-made sangrias as well as craft beers from around the world and a variety of wines from Spain and California.
The new Gran Destino Tower will be home to the Dahlia Lounge. Located next to Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood, the rooftop lounge will feature unique drinks and dishes. Sip on an array of wines hand-selected by one of the resort’s resident master sommeliers. Cocktails are made with exceptional ingredients hand-crafted by mixologists. The menu entices with tasty tapas and plates like Chilled Marinated Mussels ‘Escabeche,’ Olive Oil-poached Tuna with Lemon, Valdeon Blue Cheese, or Traditional Tortilla Espanola’ Spanish Potato Omelet and more.
In the lower lobby of the tower, Barcelona Lounge will offer a European coffee experience as well as Spanish and classic American pastries and breakfast items like blueberry-lavender honey yogurt with flaxseed granola and fresh-squeezed orange juice.
As the afternoon rolls around, the Barcelona Lounge will transition into an artisanal cocktail bar featuring a variety of drinks to complement an international gin collection. Sip on such concoctions as a house-crafted signature Gran Destino Gin Tonic infused with orange saffron. The bar will also include a premium selection of wines and Spanish and American craft beers. The menu will feature small plates like Spanish charcuterie and artisanal these, Lentil Hummus ‘Aceitunas’ Marinated Olives and more.
All of the new eateries will open in July when Gran Destino Tower opens at Disney’s Coronado Springs.
