Make sure your cameras are ready when you visit the newly opened Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The 11-acre area is home to thrilling rides, life-size Toy Story characters, colorful walls and more! Here are the top photo spots at Toy Story Land:
Woody & Buzz
You can’t visit Toy Story Land and not pay homage to the franchise’s two main characters. The most memorable features of the area are its larger-than-life statues of Woody and Buzz. The perfect pair tower over guests and offer a fun picture opportunity. Woody is located at the entrance of the area, and Buzz is at the entrance of Alien Swirling Saucers. Both character statue locations have a Photopass cast member present.
The lovable green aliens are one of the most popular Toy Story characters ever. Standing outside of Alien Swirling Saucers is an adorable statue of one, and a perfect way to remember your time on the swirling ride. There is also a Photopass photographer present to help you snap the picture.
Slinky Dog Dash
Perhaps the best photo opportunity in Toy Story Land is the Slinky Dog Dash coaster. This family-friendly coaster takes you on a thrilling adventure across Andy’s backyard. As you whip, whirl, spin and stretch on Slinky’s coils, Disney PhotoPass Service will capture the fun.
The Popsicle Stick Wall
You’ve heard about the Instagram-worthy walls throughout Walt Disney World, and now Toy Story Land has a few of their own. The Popsicle Stick Wall, which is located at the exit of Toy Story Mania offers a colorful backdrop that will remind you of long, fun-filled summer days as a child.
The Checkered Wall
Directly across from the Popsicle Stick Wall is another bright and bold wall. The Checkered Wall looks just like a checkerboard, complete with a pile of checkers.
The Block Wall
Another popular wall in the area is The Block Wall. This vibrant wall is designed to look like the toy blocks you used to play with as a kid. The wall is the perfect spot to snap a photo, especially if you plan on wearing Toy Story-inspired clothing. It is located directly outside of the area’s only restrooms.
