Gatorland
Learn more about Florida’s native wildlife, particularly the alligator at Gatorland. The 110-acre park features thousands of alligators as well as crocodiles and other animals. Guests can learn more about the gator and others through shows, an observation tower, petting zoo and more.
Sea Life Orlando
Reconnect with the animals of the sea at Sea Life Orlando. Orlando’s only aquarium with a 360-degree underwater tunnel, Sea Life Aquarium is an excellent way to experience the ocean in the middle of Central Florida. Visitors can step inside the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian oceans and explore the waters and exotic marine life including stingrays, jellyfish, giant octopuses, and more.
Clearwater Marine Aquarium
Over in Clearwater, enjoy an underwater adventure at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Not your typical aquarium, Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a rescue facility home to Winter and Hope, stars of the hit movies Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2. You can also meet other rescued marine animals including sea turtles, stingrays, sharks, otters and more.
Wild Florida Wildlife Park
Nothing says nature like being out in the wild and at Wild Florida Wildlife Park you can experience Florida’s natural landscape and native land-dwelling animals via a petting zoo, walk-in bird aviary, watch hands-on gator feeding demonstrations and discover the Hawk Swamp boardwalk through Florida’s cypress swamp ecosystem. The park also offers airboat rides and animal encounters.
Horse Riding Orlando
Explore nature on horseback on Horse Riding Orlando. Hop on your horse and trot through a series of trails that put you up close to the natural beauty of Florida’s nature. The hour-long ride is a great way to explore the great outdoors.
Orlando Balloon Rides
See Florida’s beautiful landscape from high above on Orlando Balloon Rides. This serene adventure soars you through the Orlando sky for breathtaking views of the sunrise over the horizon. As you fly, you’ll enjoy incredible views of swamps, orange groves and even Disney attractions.
Buena Vista Watersports
Hit the water for some reconnection to nature with Buena Vista Watersports. Guests can rent jet skis, water-skis, wakeboard, pontoon boats, tubes, kayak and paddle boards for water thrills on the gorgeous Lake Bryan.
TreeUmph! Adventure Course
Combine your walk-through nature with an adventure at TreeUmph Adventure Course. Located in Bradenton, FL, TreeUmph will fly you through the trees on its elevated adventure course. The park features over 30 football fields of challenging terrain and aerial adventure games. While you zip through the sky be on the lookout for wildlife both in and below the trees.
ZooTampa at Lowry Park
Spend your day exploring over 1,500 different animals at ZooTampa at Lowry Park. Set up on 56 acres devoted to conservation, ZooTampa will take guests into the wild with such animals as African penguins, zebras, elephants, and much more. Explore them on a narrated Safari ride or take a behind-the-scenes tour.
The Florida Aquarium
Take a deep dive into the ocean and spend the day learning about sea creatures at The Florida Aquarium. The Aquarium is home to a variety of exotic plants and animals, which you can experience through hands-on exhibits and educational shows. Plus, there is a 2-acre outdoor water park for the kids.
