There is nothing more magical than Christmas at Orlando theme parks. With seasonal decorations, treats and festive entertainment, you won’t find a better place to celebrate the season! If you’re not sure where to start, here are the top ways to celebrate Christmas at Orlando theme parks:


The Magic Kingdom - Each year, Disney’s Magic Kingdom celebrates the season with Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Guests can enjoy live entertainment, spectacular fireworks and a jolly holiday parade with Mickey, Disney characters and Santa Claus. Cinderella Castle will also sparkle with glowing lights and snow will fall on Main Street.

Epcot - Epcot’s Holidays Around the World celebration will transform into the all-new Epcot International Festival of the Holidays this November 19 through December 30. The all-new event will feature 15 Holiday Kitchens serving seasonal treats as well as the popular Candlelight Processional and IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth fireworks show. Other features include daily gospel performances and an interactive group performing Hanukkah music with modern influences. The festival is included in regular theme park admission.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios - Beginning November 9, the Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam! celebration will return to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Join the stars of ABC’s Prep & Landing every night as they track down Kris Kringle. New to this year’s festivities is Sunset Seasons Greetings, featuring snow on Sunset Boulevard, billboards that come to life and the transformation of Hollywood Tower Hotel. It all ends with a nighttime spectacular.


Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando will be even more magical when Christmas arrives November 18. Harry Potter attractions at both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade will be transformed for the holidays. Special features include shows from the Frog Choir and Celestine Warlock, as well as seasonal treats and drinks, and a projection wrap for Hogwarts. The festivities are included in regular theme park admission.

Universal Studios - Universal Studios will celebrate the season with the annual Holiday Parade Featuring Macy’s. Join the Minions and Santa Claus for a parade filled with your favorite characters and floats.

Islands of Adventure - Step inside the classic Dr. Seuss holiday tale, The Grinch as Seuss Landing in Islands of Adventure is transformed into the world of Grinchmas for the Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular. From November 18 to January 6, enjoy a live musical stage show and meet The Grinch.


SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration - Create special holiday memories with your family during SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration. The annual event includes a Sea of Trees and special shows including Shamu Christmas Miracles, Clyde and Seamore’s Countdown to Christmas, Winter Wonderland on Ice and Elmo’s Christmas Wish. The little ones can also meet Santa himself. The celebration runs November 24 through December 31 and is included in theme park admission.


Christmas Bricktacular - Build some holiday fun at LEOGLAND Florida during Christmas Bricktacular. The celebration takes place on select days from December 2-25 and features a 30-foot tree made with 270,000 LEGO and Duple blocks. Kids can also enjoy holiday-themed scavenger hunts and building activities, plus meet-and-greets with a life-sized LEGO Santa and LEGO Toy Soldier.
