Halloween is tomorrow and Disney Springs is luring in guests with some frightfully fun treats and eats. From October 25 - 31, visitors can get into the Halloween spirit with creepy, crawly and spookily delicious foods at Disney Springs’ three food trucks. Whether you like celebrating with sugar or something richer, here are three new dishes to try.
Let’s dig in:
Springs Street Tacos Food Truck
The always delicious Street Tacos Food Truck will serve up a bit of fall this week with the new Chicken Adobo Nachos. The dish features blue corn tortilla chips with chicken adobo, toasted pumpkin seeds, dried cranberry, lime crema and a zesty pumpkin-cheese sauce. It’s the perfect fall twist to a classic.
Mac & Cheese Food Truck
Speaking of fall flavors, the Mac & Cheese Food Truck has taken the popular kid and adult-friendly dish - macaroni and cheese and “pumpkin” spiced it up with pumpkin-cheese sauce, toasted pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and even gummy cranberry worms on top. This dish is just plain fun!
Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet Food Truck
For something less spooky and more sweet head on over to the Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet Food Truck and sink your teeth into the Halloween Cookie Dough Waffle Taco. You read that right. This decadent waffle is filled with pumpkin spice and cold brew cookie dough topped with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and a chocolate spider.
All three food trucks are located at Disney Springs West Side right across from Disney’s Candy Cauldron.
