The Walt Disney World ® Resort reputation for customer service is world-renowned, making all of their theme parks even more enjoyable to visit. You will encounter a wide array of guest services inside the Disney's Hollywood Studios™, each of which sets the standard for the theme park industry. You will find several ATM machines located throughout the park, but you won’t need them if you are a guest at a Walt Disney World ® Resort hotel – your room key will also act as your credit card, directly billing any and everything you purchase anywhere around the resort directly to your room. Too that end as well, you can also have any purchase you make delivered directly to your hotel room free of charge. Child care is also available within the park, as baby service areas can be found throughout, and first aid stations are also available. All of these locations can be found on guide maps that can be picked up just inside the gates of the Studios.

In addition, the usual staples at theme parks, such as locker rentals, stroller, wheelchair and ECV rentals and public telephones are also available. Services for the disabled are also highly taken into account in all four Walt Disney World ® theme parks. A special Braille guidebook is available, free of charge, from Guest Relations (located just inside the park’s gates to the immediate left) and closed-captioning is also available on many of the movie/video-based attractions, as is written storylines for virtually all attractions and rides. There is also a special wireless translator available from Guest Relations, which will translate the audio portion of many attractions into Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, German or French. Disney also accommodates special dietary needs at sit-down restaurants, but please alert the chef as soon as possible about your concerns, preferably at the time when you make your reservation, and all special needs will be met whenever it is possible.

The Disney's Hollywood Studios™ is fairly easy to access. With a good central location on the Walt Disney World ® Resort property and only one parking lot (in which most spaces are within a comfortable walking distance to the front gates, although there is tram services for all parking lots), it is pretty easy to get to the park and doesn’t take long from the time you park to when you enter the Studios. However, there is also a boat that runs from Disney’s BoardWalk area that drops you off close to the front of the park (and a walking trail that runs alongside the waterway if you are feeling ambitious), so that is an option if you are coming from Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Disney’s Yacht Club or Disney’s Beach Club. And, as always, all Walt Disney World Resort guests can take complimentary transportation via bus from any resort to any theme park, including Disney's Hollywood Studios™.
